To apply for this position you must have a Master’s degree or higher, Board Certification in ABA, and possess a current Texas License as a Behavior Analyst. BCBA’s are responsible for the assessment, treatment plan development along with oversight, supervision and implementation of goals and objectives individualized for each client. Duties may be in-clinic, in a clients home, or a community location.

The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform formal assessments of clients and prepare treatment plans

  • Supervise staff providing clinic- or school-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young-adults with autism

  • Collect, graph, and analyze data

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients/students

  • Conduct training with families and other caregivers

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, or similar qualifications (e.g., BCBA-eligible)

  • Excellent ability to build rapport with children and other individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities

  • Ability to be creative in developing programs and working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate and work with parents and school teams of clients/students

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
